Questions Owners Ask

How is pricing set?

Every property is different, so we discuss terms personally once we understand yours. Nothing is hidden. We walk you through everything upfront.

Do I approve repairs?

Yes, for larger repairs. Small items are handled promptly from a modest repair reserve, and every one is reported to you.

When do I receive reports and payouts?

Reports are prepared on the 6th of each month for the prior month, and owner payouts go out on the 10th.

Can I use my own contractors?

Yes. Let us know in advance and we'll coordinate.

I don't live in Houston. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Our process is designed to be fully hands-off for you once onboarding is complete.
